The Public Trustee
The Public Trustee is a Department within the Office of the Attorney General established by the Public Trustee Act Cap 168 of the Laws of Kenya. The Department offers services of a specialized nature which involve identification and collection of assets, identification of beneficiaries, management and subsequent transmission of both movable and immovable property either as an estate of a deceased person or a Trust within the established legal framework.
